The breakfasts here come with tasty oatmeal 🥣. The location is fantastic, super convenient for me, with lots of nice shops, restaurants, and a mall nearby. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

There is nothing I can say that I liked.
The office personnel at time of check-in was less than personable. I tire of someone saying it's company policy. We were told we could not pay in cash. There were people up all night talking in the hallway. We had to drive home the next day to central Michigan. It was not a good experience. The phone was broken. There was no one in office overnight.

Burnt wire or smoke smell, can't stand smoke smell. I was there for my brother's graduation, spoiled my plans. Up and down stairs with luggage for a week was awful...

The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was a nice bonus. The location was also convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the lobby, stairs, and hallways were quite dirty, which left a poor first impression.
